Banana Nut Oats

Serve this hot and hearty dish on a cold morning for a filling start to your day.

1/2 med banana
1/3 cup rolled oats, dry or 3/4 cup cooked
7 walnut halves
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup skim milk (non-fat)


  1. Prepare oats according to package directions with milk.
  2. Top with walnuts, banana slices and cinnamon.
