Here are tips for staying motivated when you feel like you’re stuck on the road to fitness:


Track your progress

It’s easy to get frustrated with yourself when you feel like you aren’t getting the same results as when you first started. Get into the habit of tracking your progress so you can see how far you have come! You can do this with your Curves Coach at your monthly check in or do it yourself with photos at home. Change things up

Buy new workout clothes

Even if you aren’t at your ideal size, keep yourself motivated to stay the course by buying new workout gear! A few new outfits could be just what you need to get that spark back and can motivate you to stick to your plan. If you have already dropped a size, even better! Reward yourself with a new outfit and continue on your journey.


Bring a friend

Enlist a friend to work out with you at least once a week to keep yourself motivated and enthusiastic about your workouts.
