In just 30 minutes, you work every major muscle group through a proven program of strength training, cardio and stretching. You’ll also get an efficient full body workout on the Curves circuit. In addition, you’ll always keep your workouts fresh with your choice of a variety of Body Basic Circuits.

You work every major muscle group in just 30 minutes with our proven strength training, cardio and stretching programme^. Plus you can join any station on the circuit at any time and workout when it suits you (within standard opening hours). Our Curves Coaches will be with you every step of the way to keep you motivated and ensure you get the very best from your Curves workouts.

The circuit includes a variety of hydraulic resistance machines, which are built to create resistance that intensifies with effort. As your strength improves, you push harder and the machines respond with more resistance, which makes them ideal for women of any fitness level to achieve results.

Body Basics Circuit - Stretching & Strength Training Exercises

Body Basic Circuits are designed to add variety to the traditional Curves circuit. Workouts include simple movements with multiple levels of difficulty so that every member can enjoy and benefit.

It doesn’t matter what level of fitness you start with, you will find a variety of ways to work out and improve as you work towards your health and wellbeing goals.

  • Stretch and Strength: Lengthen your muscles and increase your range of motion
  • Balance: Improve your balance, stability and core strength
  • Arms, Legs and Core: Focused sessions that strengthen your major muscle groups
  • NEW Cardio: A heart pumping workout designed to energize and tone muscles in one circuit.
  • Combo: Combine Arms, Legs and Core movements for a total body workout
  • Dance and Tone: Get your body moving with Curves Dance and Tone. Incorporating movements from many styles of dance this Body Basic Circuit is designed to improve balance, flexibility, strength, cognitive ability and physical grace. 5, 6, 7, 8 - Let's Dance!
  • Box and Tone: Fight your way to strength and fitness with Curves Box and Tone. Specially designed to increase your strength and endurance, this circuit combines various levels of intensity to give you a great workout!
