Your Curves Workout is likely to be the hardest 30-minutes of your day, so we want to ensure you get the most out of it.

We have supportive staff to encourage and guide you.  
To maximise your workout we have recently installed the new Curves equipment, which provides improved form and resistance.
To add variety we have Body Basic Circuits on Tuesday to Saturday mornings as well as Monday to Friday evenings.

Along with our members we have forged a strong and friendly community that will support you on the journey to improve your health and fitness.

One year later, after 52 weeks on Curves complete and 258 workouts on the Curves circuit:


  • 22.3kg in weight
  • 110 total centimeters
  • 17.64kg in body fat


  • Reduced blood pressure
  • Normalised cholesterol
  • Has far more energy

Curves has become such a major part of Jenny's life that she recently took over the club and is now sharing the gifts of health and fitness with the women of Ballarat.


September at Curves Wendouree

We have lots planned for September.

From Friday 1st September, we will be offering Monthly Coaching Sessions to all our members.  This is a free service, and a great opportunity to see where you are at the end of winter and to set some goals for the month ahead.

Our Steptember Challenge starts on Friday 1st.  
Record how many steps you complete each day.  If you reach 10,000 steps every day of September you will go in the draw to win a prize. 
And if you can't make 10,000 steps, challenge yourself, challenge yourself to increase your average daily steps over the month.

It is Jean Hailes Women's Health Week from Monday 4th to Friday 8th September.  During the week we will be sharing infromation about Heart Health, Mindfulness, Bone Health, Physical Activity and Sleep & Fatigue.

Join us on Thursday 7th September for our monthly Curvette Coffee Club between 9:30am and 11am.  It starts straight after our Combo Body Basics Circuit, so why not make a morning of it?

Show your True Colours on the circuit for our Footy Colours Day on Friday 22nd September.  We will be accepting donations for the Fight Cancer Foundation.

Curves turns 25 on Thursday 28th September, so join us for the party!

As Friday 29th September is a Public Holiday, we will be open from 8am to 11am only.
