Welcome to Curves Rowville a Women's only gym full of supportive likeminded women all striving for health and fitness.

The Curves circuit is designed to effectively deliver a workout that combines strength training, cardio and stretching all in one session. We understand it’s often difficult to find time to exercise, but in the Curves circuit 30 minutes is all it takes!

In just 30 minutes, you work every major muscle group and burn up to 2000 kilojoules. Cardio workouts are great, but strength training is the only way to build and maintain muscle, and muscle is what revs your metabolism, so the weight you lose stays off.

The circuit is made up of hydraulic resistance machines, which are designed to create resistance that increases with effort. As you get stronger, you can push harder and the machines will respond with more resistance making them perfect for women of any fitness level to continually achieve results.

We are located at Unit 1/1 Laser Drive, Rowville, which is a big, light friendly factory . If you are heading up Kelletts Road from Stud Rd, turn left into Laser Drive and take the first drive way on the left. We have a car park out the front and there is also street parking on Laser Drive.

Curves Rowville is a women's only gym giving time poor women a fun place to go get a full body workout in just 30 minutes. We offer body basic classes focusing on arms, legs, core and balance and even offer Zumba classes. We also offer a one stop weight loss solution in Curves Complete. This membership includes our fantastic workouts, meal plans and one on one coaching. We pride ourselves on being a community of women all focused on staying fit and healthy. Our motto is no men, no mirrors and no makeup.

Jade is our youngest coach qualified with Cert 3 and 4 in fitness, first aid, nutrition and health science. She brings her bubbly personality to every training session and will get your blood pumping mainly Monday nights and Friday nights.

Anna Cannestra. Our longest serving coach, Anna has plenty of experience and advice to give you on your weight loss and fitness journey. Anna is qualified with Cert 3 in fitness, Cleveland Clinic and first aid.

Jutta Cherry is our early morning workout encourager. She is certified with cert 3 in fitness, cleveland clinic and first aid. Jutta will give your week a great start from 6:15am Monday mornings.

Kelley Levi's expertise comes with her personal training qualifications. She will push you to your best workout ever as well as getting your body moving with her Zumba sessions.

Suzanne Nicol. Qualified with Cert 3 and 4 in fitness, first aid, yoga instructor and pilates instructor. You can see Suzanne most days and she will motivate you to achieve your best body yet!

Circuit Coach

We run body basic classes Tue Wed, Thurs and Friday mornings between 9am and 10am and Tue, Wed, Thurs afternoons between 4:30pm and 5pm. See in club for time table.  Work your arms, legs, core or join in a boxing class all in the circuit.


Curves Complete is our one stop weight loss solution. Our meal plans are designed for the individual, no two are the same. They also take into consideration of how much or little time you have available to cook or not. Curves Complete membership includes full use of our facility and each week you sit down with a coach to teach and motivate you toward your goals.


Standing straighter with encouragement

I have scoliosis and was finding it difficult to do much exercising due to pain in my lower back.I joined Curves in late February 2015 to help me lose weight and get stronger.The strengthening I have achieved has showed a remarkable difference in the way I can now stand up straighter and I am able to move. Not only do I feel better in health, I have lost a lot of gut fat, and I am well on the way to being at weight that is acceptable rather than being morbidly obese.

Curves Rowville in conjuction with BizConnect South East got together with likeminded businesses to host a night focused on Women's Wellness at Gios Cafe Rowville. A very informative and yummy evening with superfoods prepared by our Naturopath Amy and Gios Chef Abs.
