A Curves Coach will encourage you to meet your goals, will motivate you, provide you with helpful advice and feedback, and help you to gain control over your food intake. Participating members get access to the Curves Complete weight loss program through the easy-to-use online portal. Read more about Curves Complete below.

The 12-Week Challenge will be run in three 4-week sprints. Set your goals for each sprint with a coach (weight loss, cm loss, # workouts per week, steps per day, water intake per day, etc.). If you meet your goals (verified by your coach) you will go into the draw for a sprint prize.
Meet your goals for all three sprints and go into the draw for the grand prize!
Two grand prizes are offered:
One for the member who loses the greatest % of weight overall (tie will be broken
The other will be a random draw from all members who participated in the challenge and who met their goals in each sprint.
Other challenges will be held during the 12-week period for which you may be eligible (e.g., Bingo challenge, Ab week challenge, Bun week challenge, etc.).
