Success

Here at Curves Elizabeth our members are our most valuable asset, so we would like to share some of their stories with you.

We not  only help women with their weight loss story but have also helped many women with medical issues to overcome them and live a healthier, happier life!

Fran Kent Town

Fran’s Curves Journey

Fran began her Curves journey at the age of 75!! That’s right 75, never having seen or set foot in a gym in all her life!

In 2007 Fran was sent to have a bone density test and when the results came back they were BAD. The worst her professor had ever seen.

Fran was told not to lift heavy objects and to join a gym. The advice from her GP was “It better be a gentle gym”

With the help of her daughter, Fran contacted the Elizabeth Curves and made a morning appointment. After meeting with a Curves Coach and introduced to what Curves could do for her, Fran walked out thinking “I can do this”

Now 11 years and 1500 workouts later, still managing 3 workouts a week (although not all machines) with Curves Smart, Fran is still going strong as are her bones!

To quote Fran “at 85 years I think we can say Mission Impossible has proven to be Mission Possible and Achieved”

We all admire Fran here at Curves Elizabeth as she walks to the bus stop, catches a bus and a train, then walks from the train station to work out with us all. Then does the journey in reverse to go home.
