Welcome to Curves Capalaba

My name is Josie and I have owned and operated Curves Capalaba since 2008. I am very passionate about womens health and fitness.

Curves Capalaba proudly partners with the Redland Community Centre to fundraise and help those in need in our community.

Curves Capalaba is a women's only health and fitness centre where we provide a friendly, safe, supportive and non-threatening environment for women of all ages and fitness levels. We offer the Curves Complete program, which is a combination of healthy eating, exercise and one-on-one coaching. We also offer Body Basic Circuits to further enhance your workout.

Becoming the owner of Curves Capalaba was the best decision I ever made. I have lost 50kg and improved my health and fitness with the Curves workout and Curves Complete Program.

Together with my wonderful staff, I would like to invite you to our club for a no obligation FREE tour and fitness assessment where one of our friendly staff will explain our programs. Please feel free to contact us on 3245 5388 or book online directly from this site or ‘like’ our Curves Capalaba page for updates.

We look forward to seeing you at Curves Capalaba soon!
