Curves Canning Vale opened in 2005 and has helped countless women of all ages and fitness levels lose weight, manage stress and improve their fitness and general health.
The Curves circuit is an efficient full body workout designed specifically for women. In just 30 minutes, you work every major muscle group and burn up to 2000 kilojoules through a proven program of strength training, cardio, and stretching. Plus you can join the circuit at any time, from any station and start working out when it suits you (within standard opening hours).
The circuit is made up of hydraulic resistance machines, which are designed to create resistance that increases with effort. As you get stronger, you can push harder on the machines and build lean muscle – the key to long term weight management.
We also offer Curves Complete – which incorporates Fitness, Weekly Coaching with a certified coach and a tailored Weight Management plan designed to maximize body fat loss.
Our Body Basic circuits will add variety to the traditional Curves circuit. Workouts include simple movements with multiple levels of difficulty so that all of our members can enjoy their workouts. From Balance, Stretch and Strength to Cardio, Core and Box & Tone classes – we have it covered!
We pride ourselves on the service we provide including monthly coaching sessions to keep you on track and a friendly environment where you will feel welcome at all times.
We have a great community of female staff and members – and have in club challenges. We also donate to FoodBank WA and raise money for the Cancer Council – most recently competing in the Relay for life in Success and raising in excess of $3500.
