New Body Basics Cardio launches 1st June

It’s time to get moving this winter with the addition of a NEW Body Basics circuit to the Curves timetable. “Cardio” a 30-minute heart pumping variation of the traditional Curves circuit will launch nationwide from 1 June, 2015.
The circuit is specifically designed for members looking to increase their cardiovascular conditioning and endurance whilst achieving muscle tone through the Curves strength-training circuit machines.
Movements are completed in 30 second intervals using a combination of body weight and machines. There are multiple levels of difficulty so all participants can enjoy and benefit from Body Basics Cardio.
The NEW Cardio Circuit is a perfect addition to the Body Basic series of speciality circuits. Today, Curves can offer women a variety of workout options including Stretch and Strength, Body Balance, Arms, Legs and Core plus a Combination workout that focuses on all muscles groups.
