But with the Curves circuit, 30 minutes is all you need! At Curves we are all about strength training for women inside and out in a fun, fast and safe environment.

We have been in Caringbah for 11 years and in that time have helped so many women achieve their fitness and health goals. Infact, Caringbah members have won the title of Inspirational Curvette of the Year for both 2015 and 2016!! So, whatever your goal we are here to teach and motivate...Let us show you how we can help you!!
